Abstract:                                                                                               

developed countries are interested in education and its outcomes, because it contributes to the progress and prosperity of societies, and because it is the right path towards achieving development and prosperity for human societies. Accordingly, the study aimed to identify the outcomes of higher education and the extent and compatibility of it with the requirements of the labor market in Islamic banks in Libya. The problem of the study was also to pose the question: Next: Are higher education outcomes compatible with the labor market requirements of Islamic banks operating in Libya? The descriptive analytical approach was used, which is consistent with such studies, using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the study population, which is represented by faculty members in the finance and banking departments at Zawia University. Since the study population is small, a comprehensive survey of the study population was used. (32) forms were distributed, It was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The study reached results stating that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance ≥ 0.05 between the alignment of higher education outcomes and the requirements of the labor market in Islamic banks in Libya. There is a relationship with statistical significance at the level of significance ≥ 0.05 between the outcomes of higher education. And the requirements of the labor market in Islamic banks in Libya. When testing the hypothesis using the regression test, the value of the (F) test was equal to (137.265) with a probability value of (0.000) and the corrected correlation (R2) was (48%), which is a moderate value, which indicates the existence of a relationship There is a positive statistical significance between the outcomes of higher education and the labor market requirements of Islamic banks in Libya.
